Refund Policy

Minisigners refund policy is as follows:

Refunds may be given up to 6 weeks in advance of course start dates.  After this time, venues will have been booked and other costs incurred.  After this point, no refunds (either in part or in full) will be given.

If you are unable to attend a course having booked it, occasionally we may be able to fill your place with someone from the reserve list and offer you a place on a later course.  This is not guaranteed though and as above, you may simply not be eligible for any refund should the course go ahead and your place not be filled.
